House prices have gone mental (rents as well) down here (Bournemouth). Anything decent gets sold within days. We’re not looking to move but now don’t really have much choice in it. But have had friends who are having to go in over asking each time and still not getting it. There’s just so little on the market it’s unsustainable - I feel for those not on the ladder already.

Grew up there, not near Thomas Drive though. Shithole round there. I don't live in Prescot now. That house is a disgrace. Does look nice from the outside and the garden I guess. The inside is someone who appears to have watched the Barbie film while on acid. 

 

I'll avoid the derogatory stereotypes. I've seen Kate Beckinsales house on her instagram and it's not that far different. More cats though.
