Nectar cards are fucking shit

I'm generally not into these loyalty schemes. I got a subcard 'cos I'm a greedy bastard and have one with a local coffee shop and they give me free grub after every 10 visits. Don't even have one with a supermarket. But I accepted the offer of a nectar card because British gas were always shoving it in my face whenever I paid my bill online. So after a year of paying my gas bills (which totals just over a grand) plus a few other purchases, my total outlay has been around £1500. That works out to a mighty nectar 2,129 points. So how much can I spend with this impressive collection of points. TEN fucking quid. £10.

Maybe this is the norm with these sort of schemes but fuck me, am I disappointed with Nectar.
