Can anyone recommend one in the Liverpool Area?

Lady Dangerously walked into work this morning and her room had a wet floor and she slipped landed on her back which spasmed and ended up in the hospital on morphine.

Obviously the floor should not have been wet there was no signage etc and she is currently in a lot of pain.

There's so many companies if anyone could recommend one they or their family has personally used that'd be great.

Paul Rooney, and I hope your missus gets better soon.

Personal Injury Claims & Accident Compensation Claim Solicitors

Cheers. I have heard of Paul Rooney, possible on the radio and that.

She's struggling with movement at the minute and is wiped out from the Morphine she was given in the ambulance. She's on loads of pain but there's not much you can do but pop dem pills and rest. I'm taking a second day off work tomorrow to look after her if she needs it then see how we go.

We were meant to be going down south to see her family on friday but it's up in the air now as she probably couldn't manage the drive down if she is even half as bad as she is now.

Best advice I can give is for your wife to approach her employer direct, if you instruct sols your wife will get what shes entitled to but the sols will get 3-4 times her award in costs (only one winner!).

By going to the employer they can put you in touch with the Insurers (if not you can get the details from the employers liability certificate.) By doing this you are being open and honest and keeping the companies claims reserves down which shoudnt affect the premiums too much. A solicitor is only useful if you need to litigate and if your employer is reasonable that shouldnt be the case and Insurers can arrange medical evidence etc.

If the employer doesnt play ball then go to a solicitor but im my experiance when an employee makes a claim there cards are marked!

Think she will when she gets back to work. They have everything in "the accident book" anyway

Is she in a Union? They usually provide these services as part of membership.

She is and will be consulting them when she feels better as well

She's a teacher, right, so if she's not fit to work she'll not be suffering any loss of income

Nope, I have lost one and three quarter days though looking after her, my work gives "compassionate family leave" unpaid

Malcolm Ross the solicitors are here to help you.

If you have a problem, just give us a call.

We're a friend on the end of the line.

Fucked if I can remember the rest, but try them if they're still going. And, when you do, give Malcolm a punch square on the nose for an irritatingly catchy jingle that has been trapped in my brain for Christ knows how many years.

Getting money is all well and good but if she really wants to feel as if justice has been served she needs to find the dirty little fucker that pissed on the floor in the first place and string the little shit up. If it turns out to be one of the kids it will be a good lesson for the rest of the class to learn. They won't be so quick to drop their underwear and piss where they want to in future. Yeah. String em up.

I'll PM you skidders.

She's still off work, went down the doctors yesterday who sent her to the Royal for an xray. We're a bit pissed off because they could've done that in the original hospital we where but they opted to just send her on her way (possibly because of the chockerness of the A&E) she should get the results on monday but there's talk of a compressed vertebrae possibly but we're not sure.

She's still in an awful lot of pain and the chances of her going back to work next week are slim barring some amazing turnaround. We should've been on our way darn sarth today to see her 82 year old Dad on his birthday but there's no way she could've done the drive/train.

I like how you have trusted someone who couldn't spell specialise.
