Just a suggestion, but I think it would be appropriate and respectful if the forum shut down for two minutes at 3:06pm in line with the 2 minutes silence being observed across the city. Today will hopefully be a huge day for the campaign and some incredibly brave and heartbroken people may be about to get a little bit of help in their wish to be able to come a bit more to terms with what happened to their loved ones on that day in Sheffield. For 2 minutes at 3:06pm bickering over a line up, or player we missed out on would seem a bit hollow, so if possible it would be good if we all were to take a moment out. As I say, just a suggestion.

Getting in there early. Really early. It's for a birthday present. I need two tickets for this but not got enough/any away games to go. Anyone able to get two spares? Need confirmation sooner rather than later. TSOP?

Is this the latest anyone has ever started a match thread on here? Anyway, I think Klopp might rest a couple here & again on Saturday so we'll see something like:- Mignolet TAA, Matip, Klaven, Robertson Can, Henderson, Lallana Mane, Firmino, Chamberlain Fuck knows though, 3pts would be very nice though & another way win to these hillbilly cunts.

Did anyone takes see this the other day? It's about fucking time the clubs started thinking of the fans. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/news-and-comment/glenn-moore-free-travel-for-stoke-fans-is-going-in-right-direction-8721591.html In an industry where the first instinct of most executives is to plot more ways of "monetising the customer base", Stoke City's decision to offer free coach travel to fans for away matches is genuinely ground-breaking. I thought I ought to mention my enjoyable wednesday night in London town. Specifically the hour i spent i a hotel bar with a selection of Real Madrid fans. I was utterly steaming, which prompted me to tell a young man with a real scarf around his neck, whilst in the gents of a random pub, just how much i miss Xabi Alonso. I congratulated him on their successful evening and left. He barely understood me, but acknowledged my congratulations and I moved on. The bar shut some hour and a half later and my colleague and I moved on to the hotel bar. It turns out this hotel was fucking packed with spaniards, and although most had nothing to do with the football, the …

I realise this is super unlikely.. but if there’s a spare or two I’d be keen to go. As per usual, any help would be appreciated.

I noticed a bit of a failure thread on the GF, but I thought the question was legit anyway. Whatever happened to the podcasts? Haven't been one for a while, and I used to really enjoy them. Apologise if the subject has been brushed anywhere else.

Hello, Title pretty explanatory. I'm home in November and wanna go to Atletico on November 3. Would be happy to swap my season ticket seat for either of the Everton or United home games, when I'm not home. Not sure how feasible this is with the new friends and family rules. Cheers.

"Sunderland fielded the youngest starting line-up this season with an average age of 23 years and 356 days. They also had the previous record - 23 years and 362 days against Fulham on December 11." What, younger than Arsenal's kids? This can't be true...

When the Premier League fixture list is released in mid-June, the first thing most supporters hope for is to be at home on opening day. If the opposition is a side you would expect to beat, all the better. While Liverpool could have been handed an easier opponent than Stoke City, the game certainly represents a great opportunity for the Reds to get off to the kind of start they have not managed to make in several years. You have to go back to a 1-0 win at Sunderland in 2008 to find Liverpool's last opening day victory, a game most notable for Rafa Benitez's baffling decision to start with the hapless Damien Plessis over Xabi Alonso. The boss eventually came to his sense…

One of my mates has dropped the ball and got his hands on a ticket for the Chelsea match before booking any transport. All coaches are booked (Barnes/SOS) and so he's up a certain creek without an instrument of propulsion. If anyone knows of a way to get down there (trains will be extortionate) or has a spare place in their car maybe, please let us know. If you want a laugh TLW lads by the way, it's Hassy. Fail.

This is a proper cheeky long shot, but The Curly clan are back in the motherland for new year, so was wondering if anyone had any tickets they can’t or won’t be using for me and my lad at all? This would be ideal as he’s close to being turned by his grandad so need to get him to anfield asap!

Looking for two tickets for the forthcoming Wigan home game. I don't usually fish for tickets on here as I'm generally sorted in advance ( or can sometimes get them at very short notice from mates ) but they're not for me and the bloke and his son would be coming from outside the country. I've kinda fucked up here really as I should've arranged this when they went on sale, but got caught up in the Carling Cup Final scramble. The other thing is that they need two sitting together. Any help gratefully accepted.
