Now it's official. That's a serious slap in the face for them. Apparently Coleen wants to stay in the area and City seems very likely to be his next club, but what about us putting in a cheeky bid? Obviously he's out of our price range, but it would be hilarious to see the reaction from the blues and the mancs if we signed him.

What do you reckon we do with him here? He was shocking again today. Quite simply, he did no running and didn't look like a threat for the whole game. This is the first game I've been to this season so it was the first time I've had a chance to properly see him. Anyone else think he's put on some weight over the summer and is possibly slightly overweight? I'd be tempted to drop him until the Chelsea match in 3 weeks time and play Babel up front on his own until then. Torres just doesn't look ready yet and he's doing us more harm than good at the moment. He's getting outmuscled and outpaced by defenders who used to get nowehre near him.

Restricted bet again as I'm away with limited access, There is a cash boost bet for those with less than 125 credits, this means before you've placed any bets on this. To boost your cash place no more than 25 credits on the cash booster and provided A Dossena does not score for Napoli it will pay out.

Like Christian's jokes, they come to me every now and then. My last one was cuntaxe, before that deviant and dribble chin. I also brought thundercunt and horendi to the forums. George Gillett seems to have got a lot of the criticism deflected onto Senor Hicks, so with that in mind I thought he should be the first person to to be subject to the term "odious fartwagon". I typed it and it felt like a lightning bolt hit the tip of my penis.

Interseting comments regarding Agger. I really hope Agger isn't pissing about because if he is then he's out of order and needs to remember that, whatever his disagreement with the manager's style of football, Hodgson is his manager and so has the final say in on the pitch matters. He plays for LFC, not Agger FC.

Man killed over football row Gardai expecting early break in death inquiry Tuesday October 19 2010 Gardai are expecting to make an early breakthrough in their inquiries into the death of a man during a heated argument over the televised Premier League derby clash between Liverpool and Everton. Brian 'Brier' Doyle (48) was believed to have been punched in the face outside Fitzgerald's pub at Main Street, Avoca, Co Wicklow, after he and another customer had stepped outside to smoke a cigarette. Gardai believe that one punch was thrown and bachelor Mr Doyle fell to the ground and sustained a serious injury to his head. A post mortem was being carried …

Does Roy have so many options he doesn't really have a clue which formation to play, which players and in what position? It seems to be the case given we are fluctuating between 4-4-2 and 4-5-1 (4-2-3-1). - Kelly has played right back, centre back and left back this season. - Aurelio has played left back and left midfield. - Meireles has played right mid, centre mid and behind Torres. - Gerrard has played behind Torres and in centre mid. - Cole has played wide right, left and central behind Torres. - Kuyt has played wide right and upfront. - Babel has played upfront and wide left (maybe even wide right?) Now add to the fact Jovanovic is a striker primari…

Video: Liverpool fans protest outside the High Court - Telegraph One of the lads representing us there pictured in a Standard Chartered shirt and reading The Sun. Now, the shirt is not such a heinous crime as it could well be a rip-off, but you don't stand there reading that fucking rag for fucks sake. I didn't even mention the Liverpool England flag.

Well, that was close,eh? Thousands of us have been glued to PC’s, Twitter, Facebook, Tele’s, Radios and newspapers as the club hurtled towards the potential oblivion of Administration. The roller coaster moving backwards and forwards across oceans and time zones as first the High Court and then the Hick Court ruled we could be sold, then we couldn’t be sold. All this as the alleged 5’o’clock deadline for the debt being called, on the 15th October, loomed ever nearer. Then with an hour to spare, John Henry emerges in the foyer of Slaughter and May as our saviour with his NESV group triumphing over the Dark Side of Hicks, Gillett and Mill Financial. Even the Premier Leagu…

Went to watch the football in the local sports bar opposite the Marbella H10 Hotel and Casino in Nueva Andalucia and with about 10 minutes to go I got a chance to chat with Roy Evans who was wearing shorts and a LFC shirt... The following is a brief summation of our chat rather than word for word and the subjects discussed were not necessarily discussed in the order typed I started by saying I wish this Liverpool team played liked his team to which he replied no one plays with a smile on his face anymore not like Stevie or Macca. I got the impression that he was very disillusioned with the way LFC play football and football in general but if you’re a LFC fan and watch…

Lets face it without Broughton the best situation we would be in now is Administration and it could have been a lot worse. So What substantsial lasting tribute do you think we could leave Broughton as he will soon sadly be leaving the club. My suggestion is for us to stop singing Chelsea No History song. Ive personally always hated the song from day one just thought it was classless coming from Liverpool fans and looking backwards and not forwards More importantly we might have history but not a very good future if it hadnt been for Broughton. Personally I think the best way we could show our respect for Broughton would be to stop singing this song. it…

Wow, I have never gone into a Derby game with so much unease. Our players will be up for this though and I think we will get the win. I would go with. Reina Carra Greek Skertel Agger (reasons being- We need to be more dominate in the air. The Greek owes us a good performance after last year, and I would much rather have Agger at LB than Konchesky) Johnson Gerrard Miereles Babel (Reasons- Johnson defensivly has left us short and with Carra at RB he doesnt need to worry about his defensive duties and will be able to get some balls into the box. Gerrard and Merieles have to be a CM partnership as Poulsen has shown us why Juventus were so …

I was listening to the Guardian podcast the other day and Jonathan Wilson was saying how it was a very interesting look at things. Apparently he got together a panel of objective football experts and devised a system to show which managers have made best use of their transfer money during the Premier League era. They factored in inflation to give them a decent index of things as years passed. I know there are people who can't stand the man, and will probably be putting fingers firmly in ears/eyes if the text starts to look like it's suggesting Benitez wasn't a financial calamity, but it sounds like an interesting idea for a book to me. It probably won't come as mu…

I'm basically starting this thread because of some of the comments I noticed in the thread concerning his article/interview with Rafa in the Sunday Independent. I was surprised to see a number of comments referring to him as a 'Cunt' etc. To be honest this surprises me. I read Fanning’s articles pretty regularly and I would consider him to be one of the most pro Liverpool journalists out there. I'm pretty sure that he's not actually a Liverpool fan, however he definitely knows what this club is about and what we stand for as a footballing institution. He generally writes very balanced pieces concerning the club and it's pretty clear to see that he resents what the ya…

Any chance of someone shutting this prick up once and for all? According to his predictions on the BBC website, if he had got them all correct we would be third in the league, as it is we are third from bottom, the big fucking jinx. He's pissed me off for years with his complete cluelessness (sp?) when it came to Liverpool and its support, but now he seems to be some kind of witch operating against us, I reckon we should throw him into the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean and see if he sinks.

In amongst all the mayhem (or just another normal day as a Liverpool fan as it's become) the Echo are reporting that Carra will sign a 2 year contract before the derby. So there you go.

Yes it's all a little Red Nick of me to start my own thread but, From my little corner of the world, on the barrenlands of the Canadian tundra, I say Thank you to those on here who went above and beyond in their love for the club. All of you who did the work, got the emails, presented yourselves at rallies, at the high court, allowed to be photographed for the WSJ wearing blue suede shoes, did the investigating into these financial companies, have spent the time and effort to rid our club of these weasels, I am in your debt for saving the one true love of my life, our football club. Thank you.

So thank fuck all that shit is over. It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life for us. Which leads us into tomorrow's crunch game with our neighbours. I want to win this game more than any other game every season. And with the recent emotional rollercoaster ride we have been on the last few and the euphoric high we are on nothing less than a win will suffice, for more than one reason obviously. Everton are there for the taking as far as I am concerned, they are missing Jagielka, Piennar and that lanky cunt Skreech. Half of the forward line is missing so I can't see why we can't get the important three points. No Poulsen, Gerrard must be in the midd…

Dear MacQuarie, It has come to our attention in a Dallas courtroom that you have “held negotiations” with Tom Hicks and George Gillett about “the possibility of working with the existing board.” As this court case was going on, it was being established in the UK High Court in London that Hicks, who had taken out an injunction to block the sale of Liverpool Football Club, had LIED to the Texan court, as he had failed to mention that he had lost his case in the High Court earlier that day. This information alone should be enough to make you end your association with these two desperate parasites, immediately, if you have not done so already. If that does not ge…

Why is there such a poor perception of his bid if the following assumptions are true? 1, Lim has committed to a £40M spend in Jan 2011 which has not to date been declared by NESV. 2, Broughton, Purslow & Ayre have declared that both the Lim & NESV bids are in line with initial expectations, i.e clearing the debt, expanding crowd capacity, etc, and both would make excellent owners. 3, Liverpool's commercial policy, rightly in my view, has been pinpointed to emerging markets specifically in Asia-Pacific through partnership with Standard Chartered, a bank which has similar commercial strategy and in appointing Ian Ayre who has extensive marketng experienc…
