Ok, working from home with a company laptop is a ballache. I have two monitors that I can connect via a docking hub/thingy. This also connects the company laptop and for ease of use is better for when I do work at home. Both monitors are old but good and use dvi-d inputs. I need a twin cable dvi-d to single USB or hdmi (HDMI is more preferable). I can't seem to find or search properly on ebay for the right cable with my terminology. Please help a fellow nerd.

About to bite the bullet and leave ICE. Anybody got one that they can recommend, opinions on use etc. I like the look of the Easee Home Robot, seems a clever piece of kit. Not fussed about tariffs as the current fixed rate Co op we have beats them all

The latest iteration of Call of Duty has been confirmed for release in early November - 5th of November to be exact. Vanguard takes us back to World War 2 where we’ll run through missions for 4 protagonists based on real life events and people involved during WWII. (Will post further details later). The devs are suggesting that Vanguard will be a more tactical game in comparison to recent CoD titles. There will also be integration into Warzone at some stage, with a new Warzone map due at some point - As I understand it, the WWII weapons will be added to the existing Warzone map in the not too distant future so folk will get to use them in Verdansk.…

I have a Samsung TV when I plug my Android box into one of the HDMI ports it has a strange effect on the USB port afterwards. I normally connect a portable hard drive to the USB port to watch TV programmes and filmed stored on it. It normally works fine and the TV find all the files. However, if I ever use my Android box via a HDMI port the TV can never find any files on the portable hard drive afterwards even though they are there (I check via a PC) Any ideas

Right I know there must be a way to do this, but I don't know it, is their a way to shortcut to a specific range of columns, from a set format of data, a quick parts type of thing, instead of having to manually hide them one by one every time ?? thanks.

Just wanted people's opinion on what sort of equipment I'd need to start doing Vlogging. PC specs or is Mac better? Camera and mic Connections to consoles for game vlogs I might give it a go, but also an investment in my kids who would both love to do it and already give it a go with their iPads.

Fuck me, pc components continue to advance beyond my capability! My lad is looking at a custom build pc for gaming. Amongst the potential specs for this are M.2 250GB storage, more M.2 storage, a 1TB SSD and a 2TB HDD. My fucking head is spinning. Does the M.2 storage replace what used to be RAM or is it purely to help boot up, speed up the transfer of data to \ from the SSD? For gaming, can you just spec M.2 and an SSD? If you have 250GB of M.2 storage, is it worth it getting say another 250GB M.2 where the motherboard supports it? Is it best to forget about an HDD these days and just go for as much M.2 and SSD storage as you can affor…
