Taken from ynwa.tv ( apologies if already posted ) --- As previously mentioned, we're doing a photo montage for both LFC TV and the Website on April 15 and we now have 88 photos (89 supporters, as one photo has two brothers) of the victims. We are just missing 7 - so one last appeal to everyone reading this, if you can help in any way in tracking down any relatives or friends of the seven people listed below, it would be massively appreciated. If you can pass on this appeal on other message boards, brilliant. email me @ paul.rogers@liverpoolfc.tv - Thanks in advance. David William Birtle, 22 Raymond Thomas Chapman, 50 Alan Johnston, 29 Joseph …

I have just picked up from another thread that there were Boo's on Saturday. I missed everything this week but if this is the case I for one am very dissappointed. For weekes we have been talking about the need for more singing, chanting etc. I cannot believe we are booing if in fact this was the case. Silence is an intelligent way of showing feelings. Booing is just noise. That's how most bumb animals communicate. I am hurting, disillusioned, and thoroughly pissed off but I would 'NEVER' treat my team to the sort of behaviour other teams reserve for returning former hero's. We don't do that! They are ours. We can get upset but never BOO. When we are pl…

I originally posted this is the "What's wrong with our team?" thread, but having looked back, that thread seemed to degenerate into the usual unrealistic expectations and petty arguments. Hopefullt this post has found a more appropriate niche here. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We all know the team is playing awful football at the moment. The finger could be pointed at the players, the manager, the owners or whoever. Even the fans. Each have an important part to play in the success of the club. I don't have a solution to offer, and if I did, I would not be doing the job I currently do. So lets take each aspect in turn, and…

i posted this on YNWA friday but for those who didnt go on there here it goes again. On the flight back to Barca i met 2 basque amigos who are very close and good friends of Paco, they told me that Riena was comming but Rafa has no interest in Joaquin whatsoever. they asked me if i liked joaquin to which i replied i dont care as i trust in Rafa and Paco to which they laughed and smiled, somehow i think that will be getting back to Paco. Also Paco's son is in the youth team at Real Sociedad. we talked about Millito and others and some very interesting insights into Paco the Peter Taylor of LFC.

What makes people love football? Is it the sport itself that attracts people? Yes of course it is the sport, but it’s more. What makes football special and different from other sports, is the passion that comes along with it. Not just the players on the field. Also us, the fans, are part of the product that fascinates people all over the world. Every winner of the Champions league is benefited with more attention, more support, more money. No team, however, has had the increase in popularity that we’ve had after Istanbul. Some reports say we have almost doubled our support around the world. Why? It’s no other explanation than the passion shown from us, the fans. The g…

I posted the following in the "International Friendlies" thread last year. Lo and behold they've only gone and actually done what I said! The Mascherano bit is pointless now, but I'm astonished that the authorities have come to their fucking senses! England play Bulgaria on Friday and the Swiss on the following Tuesday.

Everton needed a stroke of luck against QPR in their last game to leave with a point, with their equalizing goal coming from a Sylvain Distin header which rebounded off the base of the post and in off QPR keeper Julio Cesar This Merseyside derby will see the top two crossers in the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index go head to head. Leighton Baines has delivered 41 crosses while Steven Gerrard has delivered 37, with each being credited two assists. Baines and Gerrard are also two of the top three Englishmen in the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index for passing, with 224 and 261 passes completed in their opponent’s half respectively. Tellingly for English football, Ge…

Jordan Henderson has spoken with delight about Liverpool’s ability to go to another level when challenged as they recorded a come from behind win against Tottenham on Sunday evening. The Reds fell behind in the first minute after Harry Kane was on the spot to head home after Son-Heung Min’s initial shot hit the woodwork. While this sort of setback would knock many sides off their game, Liverpool are not referred to as ‘mentality monsters’ for no reason and responded in kind. The Captain played a major role in the comeback by scoring the equaliser seven minutes after the half-time interval.Henderson is hardly what you call a regular goal scorer, having scored one a season in …

When 'AJ' was taken off for the bitters, when they showed you him going to sit on the bench, why did he have an ice pack AND a shithouse roll? Was it because he thought it was going to pens if they equalised? Or was it because, if they play like that against us, we will fucking slaughter them.

LFChistory.net interviewed Liverpool's greatest ever goalscorer, Ian Rush. "Everything you do you sort of pray for. On the Saturday after the game I used to drive home back to Wales and go to church 8 o'clock Sunday morning. I do believe it helped me and gave me the strength to do what I have achieved."
