I've heard it all now. Surely if the studs were too long you'd have your foot stuck in the ground while the rest of your body went everywhere causing a major leg break. The mans a buffoon. From LFC.TV:- H****y has spoken for the first time about his late miss in the 2-1 defeat by Manchester United, and blamed it on the size of the studs on his boots which forced him to slip at the vital moment. Speaking to the official LFC magazine, the Reds striker says looking back he probably could have changed his boots before the game and then he might have scored, but insisted it was just one of those things that happens from time to time. H****y said: "About that …

It's obvious now to lots of people - as it should have been last season. This is a team and a Club that's drifting aimlessly. "He deserves this season", was the cry from the Apologista. Well, no, he didn't. And that's being (been?) proven. 6 home defeats. Eons behind the Top Three. Incapable of doing ANYTHING at home to Southampton. No drive, no passion, no effort. A manager who didn't budge off the bench once. Cluelessness all round. A Chairman whose unwillingness to act has been holding us back for nigh on ten years. Fans being cheated by over-paid players. A laughing stock. But "he gave us our pride back". How proud are Y…

Just got home after that disgusting display of supposed premiership quality at anfield. Fucktwat :baa: don't care if he scored a god-damm liability please fuck off houllier if you consider him premiership quality. Southampton were shit whoeveer was there will agree with me it is shameful that we lost, I have read an article were houllier says we deserved to win, sorry but no we didn't the reasoon being the team YOU choose stinks, the team YOU manage had no passion, the team YOU put on the pitch had no direction. Please fuck off with heskey up front, biscan at back your favourites are making us a liability. I am stating a fact, either change your ways or go aw…

Can anybody tell me why S G has started taking all the free kicks and corners , when, in my opinion, he would be far more effective going for these crosses as he is one of the few players we have that attacks the ball.

Anyone recall that tosser of a Man U fan who put himself in the team photo at a European game - Karl Power I think his name was. Him and his chums were sentenced at Trafford Magistrates court yesterday for invading the Old Trafford pitch and re-enacting Dudek's Anfield howler, at the Liverpool game last season. They've been banned from all football grounds till 2006  . The presiding magistrate was District Judge Tapp, formerly of Liverpool Magistrates Court who, if memory serves, is a Liverpool Fan!

It might be too early to say now, but there will come a time when, on current form, we will realise that we aren't even going to make 4th. In fact, on current form, it is bloody obvious we aren't going to make 4th. Were that the case do you see the season out with GH, letting him leave voluntarily and therefore with some honour intact while we don't even make the UEFA cup, OR do you take a gamble and sack him giving his successor at least some of the season to try and repair the damage? The above assumes Houllier is going at/by the end of the season - and by Christ I hope he does. It also assumes that a replacement is quickly found. I know there has been a lot …

For me Henchoz is the best defender at the club, what does everyone else think? GH's comments today worry me greatly if he really thinks Biscan is a better bet??? "We were without five players at Newcastle that are first-team regulars in Michael Owen, Harry Kewell, Steve Finnan, Jamie Carragher and Milan Baros. We are also without Stephane Henchoz."

never thought i would say it. on one hand the worse we are then more i love them and get behind them, but today GH asked to get beat. damn shame. and now he has said this.. Houllier said: "I understand the fans' frustrationb, we are suffering together. But we just have to keep our heads up and keep going, but I admit this is a difficult period, I must say, for us. "We were without six first-teamers and all our first-choice strikers. In the end we paid for a lack of finishing. "Only Chelsea with their vast squad, could cope with the loss of as many players as we are having to handle. "If Manchester United lost Ruud van Nistelrooy and Paul Scholes …

Man Utd Match Report -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Manchester United's march towards the 2003/04 Premiership title continued today with a stunning display at Anfield. The Super Reds went ahead just before the kick-off when Giggs was sent away down the left wing. His cross was handled on the half way line by a Liverpool defender and a penalty was awarded for this cynical foul. Ruud Van Nistlerooy stepped up to slot the ball home for United's 33rd penalty of the season. It was no more than United deserved. The 15th minute saw the Super-Smashing Reds go two up after Danny Murphy was penalised for coughing just ou…

A primary teacher starts a new job at a school in Manchester and, trying to make a good impression on her first day, explains to her class that she is a United fan. She asks her students to raise their hands if they, too, are Untited or City fans. Everyone in the class raises their hand except one little girl. The teacher looks at the girl with surprise and says: "Mary, why didn't you raise your hand?" "Because I'm not a United or City fan," she replied. The teacher, still shocked, asks: "Well, if you're not a United or City fan, then who are you a fan of?" "I'm a Liverpool fan, and proud of it," Mary replied. The teacher could not believe he…

Yeovil v Liverpool 27% Kidderminster v Wolves 15% Gillingham v Charlton 7% Tranmere v Bolton 8% Spurs v C Palace 10% Everton v Norwich 28% Middlesbro v Notts Co 5% I presume the people who voted for Everton v Norwich are assuming that Everton might win.

One day at the Man United training ground, and an hour before they are due to finish, Sir Angry Ferguson says "Lads, I’m gonna have to leave an hour early. Just carry on training and I’ll see you tomorrow." So they carry on and leave at the normal time. The next day, Sir Alex says, "sorry again lads, but I’m gonna have to leave an hour early again. A spot of private business to attend to." When he's gone, Roy Keane says, "forget this, if he's going then I am too," and he takes off. The next day, the same happens. "Sorry lads, gonna have to leave early again." So Keane says, "Come on lads, lets all go home, he'll not know". So they all went home. When Phil N…
