Did anyone else see the highlights of our game on ITV last night. After watching the game live, i was obviously fooled into thinking that it was a well earned three points. Thanx to Des (sell-out bitch) and co. I have finally seen the light. Liverpool only had one chance yeaterday and they scored from it. Leeds on the other hand had 7 opportunities to score, meaning we we were extremely fortunate to gain victory. Remind me to not watch games live anymore and wait til 10:30 for the premiership to get the real picture from Big Ron and Andy Townsend.

Click here Posted by Scouser Joe in Adelaide The offending FHM article. Under the heading “World of disasters”. “The world is full of wonders, but is also plagued with evil. FHM examines the events that have made us shudder….” “The Hillsborough tragedy. The tragedy: The FA Cup semi-final between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest on 15 April 1989, had emotions running high among fans, so there was a sizable police presence at the stadium. Forest fans entered the stadium while the Liverpool fans waited outside, to prevent scuffles. But for this match, over 5,000 Liverpool fans were crammed against the turnstiles, and those who managed to make it through…

What do you want? The club to actually HELP the fans? Lets not be fucking soft now. They are trying to make it as difficult as possible for you to go in the first place, by not giving you this fan card shite, why would they help you out with a refund, you are only a proper fan, they mean NOTHING to liverpool football club. Good luck, yours, Bitter Scouse.

Hyypiä says on a finnish magazine today, that he might have a broken rib. A Yugoslavian player hitted with an elbow on Hyypiä in the first half when Finland had a corner. The ball was cleared from goalline. Hyypiä still played till the end of the game. Todays tests will tell if the rib is broken.

Since it was supposedly a premeditated offence then had this been brought up in a court of law then he would have gotten a heavier sentence than had he not admitted (and it was not proved) it was premeditated. This is also like the Dennis Wise incident. The FA basically were saying that it was ok for some1 to break a colleagues jaw while they were sleeping. If any of us did that at our jobs then we would probably get sacked and criminal proceedings brought against us. It is a similar sort of case here. If you were to do the equivalent to a rival of the company you work for then no doubt proceedings would be brought against either you or your company (in which case…

For me an out-of-towner is just that- a Red who happens to live somewhere other than Liverpool. The arsehole gobshites who phone 6-0-6 and slag the players, wear stupid jester hats and ask "Is that the programme?" to fanzine sellers are daytrippers. Out-of-towner = loyal Red, daytripper = woolybacked arsehole.

Just read yer brief U-17 match report. Whats your take on this years players ? I get the feeling they are physical weaker than most of their opponentens and that the U-17 squad isnt very big, James Frayne played last 20min today and he turned 15 last week and Robbie Foy plays as a striker which isnt he normal position (more of a winger I thought). Howis Mannix doing btw ?

Eleven months have passed since my last visit to the Scouse land. Something like 330 days then in which my mind never drifted too far of this special part of the world. Some 330 days which honestly weren’t the best for me or the smoothest either, notably with my mother not being in the best of health and with the uncertainty that this brought found my spoilt and maybe lucky out-of-touch from the real world self totally weak and unprepared for it. So Tuesday, October 1st I find myself at the local airport, passport and air-tickets firmly in my hands looking forward for what is now becoming my annual fix. A three-hour night flight wasn’t enough to dampen my now high …

Bit of a strange one to bring up I know but does anyone know what Karl-Heinz Riedle is upto these days. He was a great favourite of mine when he was here even though he missed about 75 chances when we lost at home to Barnsley!!! That chip against Leeds was fantastic!

Thank god for the England national team, afterall, where else would we have the pleasure of seeing three of our prize assets playing in such treacherous conditions where the chances of picking up a serious injury were so high. Where else would we see one of our prize assets subjected to such disgusting racial abuse, simply because he was representing his country! GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!
