Alexis: I do not have any reason to leave Liverpool

    image.jpeg

Alexis Mac Allister has categorically dismissed the prospect of leaving Liverpool anytime soon.

The popular Argentinian midfielder has been his trademark consistent self during this title winning campaign for the Reds and in general has proven to be one of the best value for money signings the club have made during this success-laden era.

Too often you see modern day players almost more concerned with their own image and social media profile than their own performances on it. Mac Allister is old school, much like crypto casino sites he offers a bit of everything and has many strings to his bow.

The tireless workrate of Alexis on the pitch is combined with an infectious personality off it, and he gives you the sense of someone that is a football purist that is delighted to play the game at an elite level for one of the biggest clubs.

A couple of weeks ago, his father Carlos addressed rumours on Argentinian network Picado TV which had been bubbling away under the surface that a move to La Liga could be on the cards.

“For now, I don't think so (leaving Liverpool),' Time will tell. Alexis is very happy where he is. He lives in Manchester, and on the block where he lives is Robertson, Gomez, and four blocks away is Licha (Lisandro) Martinez.

'Alexis speaks English well, understands the rules of the game, and converses with people.

'I think it's been the best thing he's had, and that's why the adaptation was easier.'

Now speaking to a publication in his homeland (TyC Sports per the Echo) the midfielder whose currents contract runs to the end of the 2027-8 season says he has heard the discussion but it is the furthest thing from his mind.

“I read the rumours and the news reaches me, "But the important thing is the present is no matter how much the club loves me, if I play poorly this weekend, they’ll lose interest.

"I’m fine at Liverpool and I don’t have any need [to leave]. I have a lot of respect for the club, and I don’t think it’s necessary to talk about other clubs

"I'm a little far away [from living in the city], so there are supporters who greet you with respect, but in the city they are more passionate. The institution is like a family. Everything is summed up in one sentence: You'll never walk alone.

"The moment of the anthem is very strong. One of the most beautiful. Until it finishes playing, the match does not start".

He's been our most consistent midfielder over the season. Obviously he'll be going in the summer now he's gone on record. The twat.

I think Gravenberch has been the least inconsistent midfielder over the season.  MacAllister isn't going anywhere, certainly Madrid wouldn't be interested in him.

He lives in Manchester? Get rid.

I'm surprised we didn't have more competition from City for his signature, he'd have been ideal for them.

Translation: Madrid haven't been on the phone to my agent yet, I know this because I've diverted any incoming calls from Perez to myself....once he picks up the phone I'll be preparing my farewell speech.
