PODCAST: Wolves 0 Liverpool 1 - FA Cup Match Reaction

Harvey Elliott's brilliant strike was enough to sink Wolves and keep the Reds defence of the FA Cup alive.

 

A much changed line up produced a competent, diligent display to keep the hosts quiet and set up a quick return trip to Brighton.

 

Chris Smith is joined by Julian Richards and Dave Usher for a fun look back on what was a night full of positives.

Much improved attitude and performance. We got hard work and sheer tenacity from the whole team. They grafted their way to victory albeit with 1 or 2 individual pieces of brilliance. The youngsters give me hope for the future - we have some great talent coming through. Milner is a Beast, and a true servant of Liverpool Football Club. He went out and showed by example.

 

Bring on Chelsea.

Bajetic can certainly play, physically he might get knocked off ball now and again but he had the feet to get himself out of trouble on more than one occasion. Start him against Chelsea and as much as I despise Keita he can get around pitch also. Would like to see 3 start against Chelsea, then Mo, Nunez (assuming back), Gapko upfront. Would think Klopp may feel Elliot deserves to start...

 

Jones effort when came on...sadly guy continued to disappoint where the rest did well.
