Recently returned to live in my Parents house for a short while as I'm in between moving house. Made the mistake of completing the census a few months ago. I think it is for this reason that I received a community charge bill for £200 from the council dating back to 1990 - the last time LFC won the league FFS! I've never owned nor rented a property in Liverpool in my life. When dealing with authority honesty simply does not pay. :telloff:
