but we have to remember that we havent got the financial clout of our rivals any more so as much as i would of liked to see a better, more expensive left back brought in we have to accept that this is where we are at right now. its a load of old bo##ox that we are here at all but in the circumstances he is probably as good as we could of got.

hopefully the Bitters can be not so bitter tomorrow. in fairness to them, they never gave Jamie as much stick as Gerrard always got even tho he WAS a blue but think that has more to do with Jamies attitude towards them. Gerrard loves having a go at them before, during and after derby games. Jamie keeps the head down and gets the job done. class act. hope it sells out for him
