Its a great article, well thought out and written. Some people can say its not how we saw Rafa's team last year, but you have to take into account the whole of Rafas reign and then yes the articule is right.
We did play some dross last season, yes it may have been time to go, but I have never felt this way about a Liverpool manager since Souness. I respect Hodgeson for what he has achieved in the game, but I don't think he is the man for the job. Christ that was hard to say!
I was optimistic at the start of the Season, Joe Cole, a pacey (tho maybe not a winger) wideman and a new manager giving the team a lift. I was made up after the Arsenal game. But since then we have been served up some dross. A win against West Brom (who i don't think deserved to lose) is all we have to show for it.
Christ the best I have seen us play this season is Carra testimonial, but hey lets go back to the 80's and like derrickt says, tall players hoof up work of the big man. Lose the ball and don't worry about trying to get the ball back just get back! Reminds me of the Norway side in the early 90's.
Sorry rant over.
