Section_31, cut out the coffee and the booze for 2 or 3 weeks. If you're no better get a second opinion from another doctor. The Alchohol and coffee could trigger off panick attacks and anxiety. You could end up on beta-blockers which slow the heart down or you could be suffering from a nervous problem and given SSRI drugs. Cut out the stimulants for a few weeks and see what happens. Usually you can avoid taking beta-blockers and SSRI's if you can treat it by cutting out other stuff.

I used to sea fish quite a bit, but got pissed off not catching anything as the inshore fishing is poor. The trawlers come in too close and scooped up most of the fish. I invested quite a bit on good Shimano and Diawa reels and its a shame they're not being used. Might just take up river/lake fishing before the season ends.
