Goes about his business quietly and gets and doesn't look for any thanks for it. Unlike a lot of players in the reserves. He'll be a decent player one day.

I don't know where you get the lack of games from. He was ever present all season.

I've been reading on Twitter that reserves team player Mike Roberts has signed an extension to his contract.

Roberts got MoM on the offal. He had a good game, in the right place at the right time. Good in possession and never gave it away. Reagan had a solid game at the back, strong in the air distribution good also.

I think you're being a bit harsh towards Roberts there. He is the defensive midfielder you're talking about and he's played that role admirably the last half dozen games. Don't forget Albrighton has been voted villa's player of the season already, Bradley and the player along side him are both internationals. These 3 players will be the best players Roberts and Thomas wil have played against all season. In my opinion I thought Roberts has done well. Never stopped running and he does the stuff other players won't.

Don't agree with you there mate. I went the game, the lad never give the ball away. 2nd half I thought he was superb. I saw him play with the 18's last season. He' s quite defensive and the work he puts in is phenomonal. He's one of those players who puts the work in so others can play. He's a good player in my opinion.

I agree with everything you said. In relation to Roberts and Coady. I would say Roberts. He can use both feet and does try and get forward. He can see a pass and you could see last night particularly in the 2nd half he did try and create things. However, Dalle Valle isn't fully fit Adorjan kept dropping deep and the Icelandic lad is still getting to grips with English football. I know results don't lie but there are some decent players coming through.

What people are forgetting is that we had 9 1st years in the side last night with 2 2nd years. Watford had 9 2nd years playing. At this level it makes a big difference.
