I was in with the Barca fans in the 2nd tier where Bellamy scored - didn't see any trouble apart from a few barca fans kicking off behind the goal on the first level cos of the reds fans being in their end, nothin major i don't think tho. Wasnt a bit trouble by me though - they didnt have anythin to say when i was going mad after our goals!! Few mates that was in the Liverpool end did say they saw Liverpool fans chucking coins - one bloke apparantly took a load of change from his pocket and chucked it onto the row beneath when Barca scored.

Loved it today - was thinking beforehand it could have been one of those games where we did everything but score especially at half time. This was our best performance of the season - i no it was only fulham and they are shite but there is nothing better than watching the reds batter a team at anfield especially when carra the legend scores!!! We really should chant his songs so much more - him and stevie's songs should be the first sung. I thought pennant was good today - wish the fans who jump on his back at the slightest mistake would fuck off (especially those behind me) - he's a quality player and he's not gonna play better if people are getting on his back - he's putting the effort in and the quality will shine through. there's fuck all wrong with garcia - given me some brilliant moments watching the reds not least his fucking screamer against chelsea - people are too quick to jump on his back (especially round me) when he gives a stray pass which does happen from time to time but u can't doubt the quality of the man! he's a quality finisher and does a better job than kewell even in his one season when he stayed fit!

Is this a serious comment? I'm happy you are pleased for Chelsea, but to say to other reds fans that we should be proud of them is missing the mark by miles. There are lots of very good reasons why even the most magnanimous supporter will be unable to be pleased for Chelsea. To gloss over those reasons and then try to appeal to our better nature because they 'were representing English football' is perhaps a bit naive. Chelsea, and all they currently stand for, besmirch the game I love. Success is earned, not bought. exactly lad!!!
