Amazes me that lads think this guy is a masculine figurehead, he's no Paddy Mayne or Jim McDonald, or Terry from Minder. He wears silver aviators and sounds like an early 90s MTV presenter, he can monumentally get fucked.

I've been very pro Nunez but my opinion changed as we've got to the business end and we've needed big moments from big players to be the difference, he's not a big player and is incapable of big moments. He's a good player, he's not the Andy Carroll style donkey he's been portrayed as, he's a formidable attacker - just not a number 9 in a million years, and definitely not a number 9 at a big club chasing honours.

Yeah I don't particularly want a continuation of this style. It's brilliant when everyone is on form and at full pelt, but exhausting for everyone when it doesn't come off. To win a title you need a good few ugly, half arsed 1-0 wins. We don't have the personnel for that, either to keep a clean sheet or to snatch that ONE chance of the match. I'd like to go two up front with two good penalty box strikers with a passing midfield anchored by a real, quality battler. Old school.

This team is done and probably has been for some time. It's tragic that what was an absolutely magnificent side, probably one of the best ever put together, with Mane, Firminho and Salah, didn't win more because of the oil cheats. This lot have given up, part of that is on Klopp, he looks checked out to me too, and he's lost a lot of authority over lads like Salah it would seem. I can forgive a Liverpool side a lot, fuck knows we've seen some shite ones down the years, but putting in these kinds of performances against the mancs and the shite is unforgivable frankly.
