Sick of being Fat

Right so I am sick of being 18 stone. I am 6ft 4 so I dont look stupidly fat but you can tell I am a big boy.

So far this week I am eating toast for breakfast (didnt normally have any breakfast)

Having an apple and bannana with two sandwhiches and a cereal bar for lunch

Dinner having salad/veg with grilled chicken breast ect and a jacket

I have been drinking about 3-4l of water a day too.

I am biking to and from work and I hope to lose 4 stone by next summer when we are getting married.

Any one else give us ant tips or stuff they have done?

Stop eating toast for breakfast, unless it is brown bread. White bread is a cunt. I love it, but it is a cunt. You also want to vary it up a bit. If you're just eating chicken breast and jackets for dinner, you won't last. Well, it'll be harder.

Try varying your fruit, too. Bananas are fairly calorific.

You're going right with the exercise, though. Try timing yourself and trying to beat that time each day. It'll give you something to do.

That's my lot.

I eat loads and have a high metabolism so I don't put on weight. I think eating breakfast is a good start as it helps balance your diet out more.

Yeah, for sure eat breakfast. If you're going to skip a meal, and don't, then lunch is probably better. Don't eat too late, either.

That could be a myth. Hope this helps.

Porridge for breakfast is the best thing as it's slow releasing so you will feel full for much longer.

I feel your pain, FG. After a torn cartilage in knee, giving up smoking, Christmas and a 3 week sojurn in the strange and wonderful US of A i am now 18 stone (& 6' 4").

I want to lose 2 stone fairly quickly but can't do much gym stuff until my knee heals up.

I've decided to cut down on the booze and wank more.

This is how I put on all my weight when i gave up smoking. You cant fucking win sometimes.

Its been a year since i gave up so i now need to do something about the weight gained.

You know when you're "running" down stairs, does it sound like the first few bars of the Eastenders theme tune?
