For me its nose and ear hair combined with the nails. I think the hair you lose at the top makes its way to those other outlets.

I worked with someone years ago who put her back out sneezing. She was in her 50’s at the time. A couple of months later she retired early due to her back. I have heard recently she’s still going at 82!
