Was gutted when he left us. Should have stayed on for a few more years at least. And I hated the way his Liverpool career ended. Lovely player to watch and I never understood the criticism he got. He was the kind of player we needed back then. Even when he was back for Carra's testimonial he made me happy.

My mate who is a big Chelsea fan ranted on about it for weeks until I posed the question too him. "At that exact moment would you have taken the goal knowing you only needed one away goal in 85 minutes or be down to 10 men and probably a goal down anyway?" He stopped ranting.
