I was "talking" with my mother-in-law (well, she was talking, I was sort of nodding along and reading this thread as she talked) and she got to the part of her story where she was telling about her mother dying right as I read this post.

 

Of course, the "reign down in Africa" made me spontaneously chuckle right as she told me how hard it had been. It has been ... not good, I'd say, for family unity.
