Just got into it, and watched the whole of the first season in one sitting. It's vacuous and throwaway, but I love it.

Season Six starts on ITV2 on Thursday night. Get it plussed kids.

 

Also, HBO's biggest new show starts on FX this Friday. True Blood is about vampires, but is apparently sans cliches. It's written by the bloke who did Six Feet Under (not that I'm a massive fan of that show) and the first episode of its second season got the second highest ratings on HBO ever, beaten only by the finale of The Sopranos, apparently.

I watched the first three eps of True Blood but wasnt too impressed. Maybe I shoulda stuck with it.

 

With regards the imminent return of Entourage... YES! YOU FUCKING BEAUTY! I have been waiting for ages for this. Although I have to say, I watched from season 1 to half way through season 5 in about 3 weeks, then watched season 5 as it was on in America from then. So now the length of time I have been waiting to see season 6 is longer than the entire length of time it took me to watch seasons 1 to 5 :D Canny wait. Fuckin Turtle gettin it on with Meadow Soprano. She is a stunning lass. And more Ari Gold magic. When I watch it tomorrow I have a feeling I might yell VICTORY!

It's about far more than that,mate. While Ari alone makes it worth watching, the depth of their friendships makes the show. Always a chance of seeing a beautiful lady in all her glory as well. It's not the best show on T.V but it's very entertaining and more than watchable.

True Blood is brilliant, a (ahem) friend lent me a few and I'm loving it. Its very well done with Loads of sex and allsorts of craziness. Really enjoying it and with this whole vampire... er... revamp (Let the right one in, Twilight) its pretty vogue.

One of my favorite shows ever. It gets better the longer it goes on. It is fairly shallow and it is great because of it.

Probably best for you to stop watching it, though. Always baffles me when people so vociferously slam the shows they waste their time watching.
