Made up this day has finally arrived. First and foremost, be safe everyone who is there. I’m glad for the spotlight there has been on this match re safety, the club special meeting, their owner, Jurgen’s comments, the Italian police fella guaranteeing the safety of fans, the journalists who have been highlighting Roma’s rap sheet, and all the rest of it.

Hopefully, all that adds up to safety.

As for the match itself, I’m more chilled than the Man City game. When Roma came to Anfield they were on top until something sort of clicked for us and we blew them away. They can do the same again at home, even more, and it’s going to be important to weather that, and then find our way into the game. If we get a foothold we can pile on the goals.

I’m going for a score draw in Italy, and Liverpool on to the final against Real Madrid.

Be safe out there.

I've been bricking it since Sunday. Everytime I think, write or speak about this game I can feel my body tense up. I was actually fine after the Real game yesterday. Was almost thinking we'd be OK until I came on here. After reading you bastards, now I'm beside myself again. I love that my club brings out these feelings in me again. It's been too long waiting and watching on the sidelines. This'll be a good test of our character. Our mettle. This is where you learn to win. Lets do this and EVERYONE get home safe.

Seems as though everyone's nerves are a jangling! I've never know mine to kick in so long before the game, could barely eat my lunch. I've stayed away from podcasts, reports and all things Liverpool bar this place. Dunno what I'll be like the week of the final, should we progress!

Buncha slack jawed faggots around here

What's to be nervous about? Roma aren't good enough to knock us out. I know it's not in our nature as Liverpool supporters to see things going straightforwardly but there's only one team going through tonight and it isn't Roma.
