I tell you something I've noticed, It hasn't taken much for fans from other clubs to start tweeting/posting vile stuff about Hillsborough and about us always being victims has it? Just a couple of beer bottles thrown at a coach in fact.

We spent decades facing down those who labelled Liverpool fans responsible for Hillsborough. Its an unpleasant fact of life now that we will be pilloried if our fans misbehave . It was more than a couple of beer bottles but the point is making light of it is not going to help, Nor is saying other fans are worse .The people that did this should be banned and questions asked of the police regarding the way they advertised the route and allowed Liverpool fans anywhere near the City coach

Klopp said he heard about it as soon as he got off the bus and it totally killed the moment, and it might stop those experiences from happening again. I hope people take note - nobody thinks their antics are of any fucking benefit and it just ends up with the club and fan base getting a load of grief.

Yep.

and questions asked of the police regarding the way they advertised the route and allowed Liverpool fans anywhere near the City coach

Nope.

Personally while it’s obvious the people who did this are knobhead minorit and may we’ll have spoilt such things in the future, and deserve to have the book thrown at them, you can’t follow that up with “and remember the part of the blame that others should be taking”

Which route into Anfield should the city coach take (consdering the route was impacted by building work also) that doesn’t go near any place a fan can get to?

Is there an underground tunnel they should’ve taken.

The knobs that behaves as they did bare all of the responsibility and if anyone knows anyone who did it, they should be at the very least having a long hard conversation with them all to cut it out in future.

Passing any part of the blame to anyone other than those dickheads is wrong.

What If they didn't advertise the route change and a load of lads climbed up onto the scaffolding and building works?

And then what of somebody fell off the scaffolding, or even worse it collapsed under the weight of too many people climbing on it?

All on a route that the buses didn't even go down.

I'd rather risk a couple of broken bus windows that that.

Throwing bottles & cans is unacceptable. It needs to be stopped.

The Man City contingent are furious about it. Moreover, they want to be outraged about it. They want to exaggerate it. "The bus was destroyed" (Pep).

They want to be especially furious that its scousers "Fucking scumbags. Horrible bastards. They're the fucking shittest city in England." (staff on the coach).

However they are angry about it for the wrong reasons. It's not about their safety. They were behind reinforced, bullet proof glass. It's all about their collective ego. Their pride is hurt. They feel disrespected.

Forget them. We were the ones in most danger. Bottles bouncing back and hitting fans who had turned out for the right reasons. It is our interest for this stuff to stop.
