I'm pretty sure at this point that the problem wasn't actually his knee or his medical, it was that his agent and some of his family members started asking for more money/bigger cuts of the deal. He sacked his agent soon after, if I recall. 

 

Someone mentioned Aouar above, he has the same problem. The reason he hasn't moved to another club from Lyon is apparently because he has people in his entourage who try to infiltrate themselves into deals and clubs just say, ok well we're not interested anymore.
