I didn’t hear about her mental health issues until now. I’m saddened because I always liked her as an artist. I feel for her kids and hope they have lots of support.

 

I can also relate to her as I’ve had my own struggles and suffer from bipolar as well, something I’ve held back from sharing due to fears of being stigmatized. No one who hasn’t suffered depression can really understand how helpless you can become when it hits you. This feels like a defeat to me and I hate this fucking illness so much and the devastation it causes.

Currently listening to Cranberries live at Hammersmith Apollo. Such a brilliant band completely made by her voice. I'm so chilled on the train listening to this. I haven't even snarled the fella a few seats away who just moved his arm. Let's just hope I get to my stop before Zombie comes on or this train will look like The Road.
