There was a link on some boxing forum but I can't find it. He's quality though.

Did you see the press conference between Groves and Eubank? Kalle was in the middle off his head.  I nearly ended up watching the 40mins of it just watching Kalle, he was gurning like mad and everytime Eubank sr talked he had this massive grin on his face, he was funny as fuck to watch.

You'll be hard pressed to find any footage of him NOT off his tits.

It doesn't particularly bother me as I don't have a strong opinion on the guy but why do you guys buzz off him being such a coke head?

It's more the fact that he clearly doesn't give a shit than the actual drug use. Plus it's quite funny watching him gurning him way through multi-million pound boxing events and not one word is said about it via the media.

Yeah. Before Lo Greco had finished, Khan grabbed his drink. He looked like he was trying not to laugh when they stood up as well.

Ticket sales have been shocking like, I honestly don't know why they went with Liverpool - he'd of sold out a Echo sized arena in like Newcastle or London, but scousers aren't arsed about Amir Khan at all.

That’s true about Khan and Liverpool. If he turns this fella over and a Brook fight looks defo on the cards then his stock will rise again. This fight is arguably Khan’s biggest of his career. He has to not just win but put on a solid display. Wouldn’t like to call a result between Khan/Brook right now. Brook looks shot to bits after his last few fights and he has taken a lot of damage (although he looked very good for a few round against Golovkin) and no-one knows what Khan is capable of after so long away from the ring.

It still sells as a bout (Khan result pending) but not to the level it would have sold 2 years ago. Just another example of big fights being ducked/missed because a particular fighter doesn’t fancy it. It’s the only sport that the participants  can basically pick and choose match-ups. Well UFC/MMA too.

Reading an article on BBC about Fury & Joshua sparring a while back & it mentions in passing the 2008 ABA's at the York Hall.

Among the champions that night were Tyson Fury , George Groves , Liam Smith , Luke Campbell , Anthony Ogogo and Rocky Fielding was a runner-up. Not a bad set of fighters.

They've all had good to fair careers apart from Ogogo.
