Appears we're in the midst of a mini crisis. Reminiscent of January last season. Tonight's game a real kick in the sack, to be that dominate and to concede a goal from the first half chance which is deflected just seems like a sick joke. Fucking hate going to Leicester away that's the last 3 games we've fucking lost and they've scored wonder goals out of nothing the fucking cunts. I'd make a whole host of changes, Mignolet, Gomez, Matip, Lovren, Robertson, Can, Wijnaldum, Milner, Salah, Firmino, Coutinho. Please just fucking win.

We need a win. We're in a post international break mini slump, aided by some poor finishing, lack of concentration at the back, and Mane's absence. We will come through and things will pick up. It's hard to say exactly when, but hopefully three points at the weekend will be the spark.

I would play Moreno on the left of a front 3 with Robertson behind him to keep close to Mahrez. Play Coutinho in midfield where he can pull the strings with Can as the defensive midfielder.

 

Would like to see Hendo revert to being a box to box player - energy is his main strength (see 13-14).

 

Play and keep Gomez as right back until Clyne is fit.

I have no clue who to pick for this one. No faith in any of the keepers/defenders, or midfielders for that matter. Klopp needs to start earning his corn now, i dunno is that a formation change or bombing out the captain or what, but he needs to turn this around. He chose not to sign defenders or central midfielders so its on him to fix this.

 

I'm tempted to say 3 centre halves but thats just increasing the chance for mayhem with our clowns. Milner and Clyne got a bit of stick last year but its becoming obvious they brought something to the defence now.

That's the defence I'd be going with too. Milner has to play right back in the short term IMO and we've got nothing to lose by playing Gomez with Matip at this stage. The left back I'm less fussed on as Moreno has actually done OK this season so far though Robertson looks a better solution long term

I'd agree regarding Moreno this season, and he has good pace to help with Vardy.

 

But I think I'd rather play Robertson though as it's imperative the defence doesn't get stretched across the whole fucking pitch. If we leave that much space they'll batter us.

I'll be glad to see Moreno back tbh.  Our full backs have had all day on the ball for most of the last two game and done sweet fa with it.  

 

I'll be even happier when Moreno and Mane are linking up again.   The defence is going to be wank no matter what we do.

Not sure Gomez is the answer. Young for a centre back, missed a lot of time in the game over the last two years. Plus didn't he play everyone onside last night for the first goal?
