He was dynamite in 00-01, I had, probably still have the VHS of that treble winning season where I think he scored 21 goals.

 

For some bizarre reason the rest of his time here I remember him spending most of the time being bullied to the floor. I don't know what happened there.

 

Maybe my love for Litmanen is clouding my judgement but I really thought Litmanen could have been the key to unlocking those defences that came and played for the draw and we just couldn't break down.

Instead we had Emile get pushed around and like the nerdy kid in the playground.
