Though my personal bezzy was the hat-trick he got at Villa park on a Friday night in 83'/84'-ish. Possibly the coldest night ever in the history of association football. 

 

Molby's pens always bring a smile as well.

Thin that annoys me about dirks hat trick against united is that his first goal should have been Suarez' it was just about to trickle over the line and should be remembered as one of the great goals in the league. He tore them an new arsehole in the run up to it

Both good hat-tricks from Judas players.

 

Dirk's is my favourite.

I remember that Reading game, when Torres got the shit kicked out of him, but still scored a perfect hat-trick.

 

Me, my brother and my dad brought our grandad for that game and we all left the stadium absolutely furious, we really thought we'd get beat.

Suarez took all the plaudits that day. There wont be too many games, someone nets a hat trick and a forward not in on the goals is clear man of the match.
