Fuck me, it's dead on here today is it not?

Anyway, I'm not arsed about Glastonbury myself but thought this place could do with livening up. Who is on, anybody good? Anybody from here going?

I discovered Gregory Porter watching it on the telly last year so there is always hope & I suppose Edith Bowman could get struck by lightning, the nippy cow.

Radiohead are the only ones i would get out of bed for. Don't mind The National, The XX, DJ Shadow and the Flaming Lips either but the rest are woeful.

Ive seen radiohead once at reading Festival and they weren't that good. Foo Fighters piss all over them live.

Foo Fighters are the most overrated band in the world in my opinion. This is my favourite Foo Fighters song and it was released 22 years ago.

I actually saw their first gig on UK soil (Reading 95, Melody Maker tent).  I agree, they peaked on their first LP some of which is alright.  After that it went totally meh.

Yeah, i agree. I like "I'll Stick Around" as well. That first record had a Nirvana b-sides vibe to it. You could see "Alone and Easy Target" was written for Kurt. It would've been interesting to see what Nirvana would've done to those songs.

I saw Nirvana's. Newcastle Riverside.

To be fair, Foo Fighters make sense at a festival even though I own nothing by them.

Id rather take Garies in a tent than listen to this dross.

The last time I was at Glastonbury a couple of my mates did spend most of the festival doing acid in their tent. Tried to entice them out every time we were back there but they had managed to convince themselves that they would turn into mud monsters.
