Fuck me, that's a bit harsh on a 21 year old lad.

I'm sure he'll survive, should have gone last year. Better than him were released yet he miraculously survived last year due to a mistake. Nothing personal just never thought he was any good and was always getting interviewed on the Offal , not his fault but he came across as a big arse licker. Head boy material.

Maybe to run his contract down? I have never thought he was ever good enough and neither,it seems,does Herr Klopp.

Kids been in a tough spot hasn't he...had his breakthrough season at the perfect age then missed two years of football.

 

We should have looked to move him on fron Burnley when it was clear he wasn't going to get games - even if it meant to a club in the championship...at least he might play and we'd have something to judge.

 

Now all we have is a kid who had a breakout season at 21 and has barely kicked a ball in anger in the 3 years since.

Liverpool Football Club can confirm they have reached an agreement with Derby County for the permanent transfer of Andre Wisdom.

The deal that will see the defender move to Pride Park Stadium is subject to a medical and the completion of paperwork.

Wisdom has made 22 appearances for the Reds and scored one goal during his time with the club, having risen through the Academy ranks to reach the first team.

His only strike came on his senior debut – a Europa League group-stage tie against Young Boys in September 2012.

Wisdom joined Derby on loan for the duration of the 2013-14 season and then embarked on temporary stays with West Bromwich Albion, Norwich City and Red Bull Salzburg in each of the subsequent campaigns.
