Fresh pineapple cut into chunks and chilled is lovely. Savoury wise though, I prefer it on gammon to pizza, although it comes second to fried egg on gammon.

Citrus fruits are also berries, but specialised.

I found out by accident one Christmas that roast pork goes very well with custard, actually.

 

I've got the admit I've yet to go back to that particular recipe, but I know I could and that's a positive.
