Yeah we're shit we get it

Shit against shite, yeah.

Questions are why and why are we seemingly unable to change a problem that is killing our chances of actually achieving anything.

If we sort this ongoing problem out we are in a different place as a club and I don't think it is at all unreasonable to expect us to improve against the shite.

The same things in both games a year to the day apart hurting us...2 shots on target 2 goals in one game for oppo...3 shots on target 2 goals in the other for oppo...we led in both, both sides down bottom.

Fucks sake when will we learn and how does it stop.

It goes back further than that. There were games under Kenny when we battered teams and they scored to make it 1-1 with their only effort. Norwich at home was one. Carroll got hammered for never being in the right place to score. Reina got hammered for not making the only save he had to make. You could go back to games under rafa and houllier and find the same problems.

Yesterday we created some openings, firmino wijnaldum Moreno got in behind but came to nothing. It was largely dreadful though with us knocking the ball from side to side across their 18 yard trying to be patient instead of trying to make things happen and then when we can't get a couple of goals ahead we're susceptible to counter attacks and set pieces. Nothing new but nothing new seems to have been put in place to correct it.

Absolutely it goes further back - we have been at it for years. Just this seemed like a really good example of the current team and manager exactly a year on with the same thing haunting us and us seemingly no closer to solving.

The following week by the way we lost to swansea 3-1 in a wretched display - there is 5 pts in a week dropped to shite..we missed top 4 by 6 pts.

Last year you could say we were prioritising Europa but this year we've no distractions.

The pessimist in me can't see why klopp hasn't improved us defensively. The optimist says this is like us under houllier. He took over from Evans in November 98 and he had the rest of that season and the whole of the next before he got it right in 00-01.
