Ben Folds.  I think he's brilliant. He was about to release an album but suspected it might get leaked onto the internet so wrote another album in 2 days with the same song titles as the first and released that early.  

 

Here's a song about a bloke going through a rather testy split moaning about how she called him a cunt and has got her mates to make his life a misery

 

 

 

And here's the other song with the same title - about a Rico type bloke who makes the mistake of taking a female Dennis Tooth to a company do.

I got given a promo of the first Ben Folds 5 album (I think it was the first one anyway) and it had some good songs on from what I remember. Don't think I have actually heard anything he's done after that but he seems to be doing alright for himself. No idea if he's supposed to be cool or not.
