Did you not think Milner was taken for a ride, defensively, in the first half?

The boy Routledge seemed to have acres of space to cross.

I think Clyne was our best player first half but the entire team was so incredibly shit collectively that no-one was anything approaching "good". Almost impossible for anyone to look decent.

I thought they targeted Milner in the first half, because what is a slow playmaker gonna do against two fast wingers?

He adapted really well in the second half, but the game could have been easily over in the first 35 minutes, I reckon.

I agree, although I'm not sure I'd pin it on Milner. It's easy to target a fullback when the entire midfield puts in the sort of performance they did in the first half.

Is getting a 6'4, black, defensive midfielder as hard as we make it seem? It's been 6 years we've needed one.

Clyne was very good as well but he was at fault for their first goal as he shouldn't be letting their player get that header back across the box from that situation.

Happy with Klopp, who wouldn't be!

Thought Michael Oliver was a bit Meh today and he has been for some time now.
