Incidentally, there is finally a decent national Pizza delivery place called Firezza, I believe they are an arm of Pizza Express. Proper wood oven pizzas and they even deliver wine and beer.

I had a Dominoes last Sunday with the Mrs after a day out driving. We've both been eating pretty healthily since Christmas so we said fuck it let's collect one on the way home as neither of us felt like cooking that evening.  Felt like I was suffering from a bad hangover a couple of hours after eating it. Horrific.  I wouldn't mind but there is a class new pizzeria newly opened in town which I completely forgot about otherwise I would have gone there instead.  Bastard

Not normally a fan of dominoes but my captor got one last week while I was helping her paint. Best dominoes I've had. Had the half and half got half New Yorker and the other half veggie but... replaced the sweetcorn with pepperoni giving us basically a deluxe pepperoni pizza. It was lovely. Them chicken wings with the hot sauce are lovely too.

I've only ever had decent Pizzas in Amsterdam (after a day on the herbal gear, so that's probably why) and in a couple of places in Italy...(Florence and Bardolino)..

 

Have to agree with Tony really good cheese on toast shits all over Pizza.

I think it was 23 quid the other night for a large half n half pizza, a garlic pizza, wedges, chicken wings and some extra dips. Yeah bit steep to be fair.

Cheese on toast is lovely, but proper Italian pizza is nicer. Cheese on toast, however, shits on the Americanised crap you get in Domino's, etc.

You get a good 14oz rib-eye for that in some places, chips, onion rings, pepper sauce etc.

Dominos are always doing offers round my way. We got a 50% off voucher the other day for orders over 20 quid. Spent 50 quid between 3 of us and it was all shite.

 

The Wedges were horrible and all the pizzas came with BBQ base for some reason. It doesn't get much worse than BBQ base ffs
