Looking like a very astute signing. Him, Gomez and Clyne give me hope that someone, somewhere knows what they're doing.

 

It's weird how footballers like Milner, without shit tattoos and weird haircuts, are starting to appear strangely antiquated though, like they've come from another era. It's like he's stepped out of the pages of Roy of the Rovers - a normal looking but industrious player with insane stamina. Honest as the day is long, jumpers for goalposts etc.
