"You're Not Singing Any More"

Fucking shite, this.  It's bad enough when a handful of people nearest the away fans sing it at some whoppers from Stoke, or some other desolate shithole, who have been giving it loads of anti-Scouse cliches non-stop, but tonight there were THOUSANDS of people in Anfield, sitting there more or less silently for 85 minutes, before piping up with this abomination.

This shit ought to go on the list of stuff that gets you kicked out and banned from all grounds.

I thought it was great. Really witty.

It lifted the atmosphere. Well, it looked like it did from the pics my mate (in his red and white jesters hat) took with his selfie stick and put on Instagram.

Funnily enough I was designated to wear the hat this week but at the last minute another lad got a ticket and wanted to wear it. He normally wears it well. But one of the other lads was upset he wanted to wear it. Mountains out of mole hills. All that mattered was the hat was worn correctly.

How I miss such witty chants as 'you're going home in a fucking ambulance' and 'you're gonna get your fucking head kicked in'!

And that's just what was sung to us as the away fans in the good old days!

Annie Road agro, Annie Road aggro, hello, hello!

Time to ban phones, cameras, hotdogs, rucksacks, superdry, beards and people who treat half time like a trip to Mecca.

Compulsory should be arriving 5 minutes before kick off stinking of ale, bifters, whiskey, etc. Club merchandise should be limited to a tiny club pin badge. Decent footwear is essential as are coats/ jackets. Swearing is to be encouraged and not to be frowned upon as is singing. Pies and ale are allowed at half time. That's your lot!

Try watching the game through your eyes and not your phone and especially when we get a pen!!!

Night all x

Nah, I love a pin badge but do like to see red and white scarves at the match. I never really wore one myself but scarves are synonymous with the Kop.

Pin badges on a Crombie, and before that a silk scarf tied around a wrist, or a woollen one around a belt loop on your trousers.

I just assumed it was taken as read that it would be the day tripping oot'er wool cunts causing all of this.

I don't meant to give offence here, and perhaps I'm reading way too much into a small sample of posts, but are you not being a wee bit too sensitive about the whole attitude to OOTers among the locals? The only one who ever gave me grief about it in my time in Liverpool was, to be frank, a cunt. He even got lambasted by a Blueshite for the way he spoke to me. So what if they're obsessed with purple bins on RAOTL? The people who matter have no problem with OOTers.

Oh, and surely we can all agree that song is evil and should be exterminated.
