League Cup Draw 3rd Round (Liverpool v Boro)

Liverpool have been drawn to face Middlesbrough at Anfield in the third round of the 2014-15 Capital One Cup.

 

The Reds were No.13 in the draw, which took place once the second round fixtures had concluded on Wednesday evening, and were paired with the Championship outfit.

 

Five-and-a-half years have passed since the two teams last locked horns, while the most recent fixture on home soil was a 2-1 victory in August 2008.

Like it or loathe it, all the big clubs weaken their teams for these two cups now. If our depth is good this year then why not, play Jones in goal however...
