I had heard a lot about how good Tom Heaton was(a lot of it from my 5 year old Burnley supporting nephew and his sisters-my nieces) but I thought he was terrible when he played at Anfield. I agree with the premise of lower table team's keepers having more to do but Heaton hasnt looked too good in a few other games I've seen him in either.
