Drew 0-0 and beat them 2-0 at Anfield in the first group stage in 2002. Vladi was outstanding in the home win, scored a cracking goal. Always thought he played better in Europe. I was proven right.

YNWA is actually sung quite often at Dortmund.

 

When we played them in the Champions League in 2001 I brought back a yellow and black YNWA Dortmund scarf.

 

They're a great club.

I saw footage on FB of milan singing it too.  It appears that they stopped the match at 6 mins for a minutes silence, players stayed where they were to do it which I thought was incredible.  The crowd took over with YNWA. At the end the ref gave the ball back and off they went.  Brilliant!
