Ipoo and British Comedy
Alright, here's what's up. I've never put video content on my iPoo touch.
I want to put some British comedy (new stuff they don't show here in Canuckleland) on my iPoo.
1) What's some good recent British comedy tv?
2) Any suggestions on where I can erm... acquire this on t'internet?
3) Once acquired, what do I do to it to get it on to my iPoo?
Also, if I have a DVD I would like to stick on the iPoo, what do I do?

Re: Ipoo and British Comedy
1), Good British Comedy erm.. Only fools and horses, The office usal stuff that is on BBC.
2), Erm... Torrent sites would be a good place to start.
3) You need a program called Win AVI. You can get this off a torrent site for free unless you are a good egg and want to pay 24 dollars for it.

Re: Ipoo and British Comedy
Sometimes, via torrent, they're uploaded in ipod format so look out for that. Otherwise you'll need a converter.
May I suggest Gavin and Stacey (Series 1) as a starting point. And a show called Garth Marenghi's Darkplace?

2) demonoid has lots of movies, tv shows and software apps, you would need something like utorrent too for downloading. µTorrent - The Lightweight and Efficient BitTorrent Client
3) if not already in mp4 format use any video converter Video Converter Freeware - Any Video Converter Free Version - convert video to any formats, avi to MPEG, avi to MP4, flv to MPG
I'm sure the ipod will require the same format as the iphone. I've used any video converter for movies and tv shows to watch on the iphone with no problems and as someone else said some files are already available in the correct format.

If you like sketch shows, try Man Stroke Woman. Some of it is quality.
