O2 has this blue book thing, do other networks?

basically can some one access me texts remotely.. without ever touching my phone?

You have to register first. They also need to know your [my 02] login details. Change them if you're paranoid. Don't register for it if you're even more so.

Not on O2, i'm on voda, they don't seem to have this option that i can find, just seeing what of my info the little freak show may have got his hands on...
