What's this mean?
Telewaste server just sent me:

Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<*****@aintree.nhs.uk>:
host mail.nhs.uk [212.137.44.179]: 451 <****@aintree.nhs.uk>... Requested mail action not taken:
mailbox unavailable


So has the mail been received or not?

Nope - looks like whoever you are sending to are having Server problems or the address you sent to has been removed from the database ,or is possibly full
