Might have been asked already but has he provided evidence that he has actually read your emails, has he provided specific details, besides emails you have been in communication with his partner about? He sounds like a lunatic who is just making threats and saying he has been hacking you when he hasn't and such like. He's probably just been reading the emails you've sent to his partner and the nasty little psycho fuck has created some chaos by creating a shitty story. Report the little scrote to the bizzies.

No he hasn't, but he did go through our website when we were having trouble with another client. Bullying was going on through the PM system. Claimed his wife asked him to, he did provide evidence. As it sorted out the problem we let it slide, probably the wrong thing.
I agree about him being a bit of a loon, i have never known anyone to control in such a way and not realise it, i still think it was a huge shock to have a woman stand up to him. His wife has been to ill to stand her ground for a very long time.
My pass words to most places only vary slightly. If he got my password for work, my email one would of been just as easy. Our website is still running, a threat he made was that he would shut it down, as he has fucked with it before we know he can do it again. I still want to rip his wind pipe out, however the need to rip off his head and shit down his neck has gone.

FFS, i am having a nightmare trying to sort out all of this shit.
i have tried to sort out AGV,VG, what ever its bloody called!!!!
I'm getting a malfunction with the date system, so i go in to fix that, i do fix it, alls fine, i turn the computer off, and it all starts again, every bloody time!!!

Sounds like the ikkle CMOS backup battery could be knackered on your PC.
Take the side off the case, you'll see a button battery (CR2032) on the mainboard. Take that out, give it a lick (seriously) to see if it's still alive. You'll get a similar tingle on your tongue like you do from licking a 9V battery/electrolytic capacitor if the battery is OK.
If not, change that battery and all should be well. Amongst other things, that battery is what keeps the internal clock/calendar on your PC ticking over when it's switched off.

Why the fuck do i feel like that will result in me loosing sensation in the tip of my tongue for a week?
Are they expensive? if not, i can just replace the battery without sticking my tongue on it?
Saving any possible damage to my tongue should any suck treat action be offered this month. Or lifetime.

The batteries are only a quid or two anyway, so if you want to be a big girls blouse and just replace it anyway without the tongue test it's no great deal.
If anything, it leaves your tongue slightly more sensitive, therefore enhancing any delicate action you decide to use it for at a later date...
Anyway, back on track.
