Streaming downloads turned into MP3's?

I have access to a website that I stream Quranic translations to listen. It runs Quick time. Is there any way that I can record this onto my PC, and then convert to MP3 files?

3 different ways. The easiest first. On the website, there is probably an url, can you right click and save as mpeg/mp3 etc? If so, you're laughing.

Second, grab the stream and save, should be plenty of apps out there that will do this for you.

Third, grab the cache from your browser and convert to mp3, also plenty of tools out there.

Or you can just record whatever is passing through your soundcard with software such as Audiograbber

Best piece of software to use is audacity. Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder

It's free to download and 'records' whatever sounds are coming out of your speakers.
