Re: What browser?
Fine if you can get used to the way the text is rendered. I tried and I couldn't get to the point where it looked normal.

What did it change Jim? I can't think of anything that could be improved with my Firefox, unless it can make me read quicker?

You probably have it all tweaked. I have no idea what it did, but it loads noticeably faster.

I actually used Lynx back in the day. I'd rather not go back though!

Will do that tomorrow.

No need. Get one of these.
ADSL NTE2000 Centralised Filter
and fit that to your master socket. Provided you wire it in right, that'll filter your extension wiring from the socket outwards. Plug your router into that, jobs a goodun.
That'll give you as good an ADSL connection as you can get, as it's filtered right from the master socket.

Re: What browser?
Ah see it's not that simple. My master was an extension at one stage. Now it's the master. It's the wiring from where it enters the house to the 'master' that looks old and dodgy to me.

Re: What browser?
Safari does look horrible by the way, I don't know if it's part of a plan to make your Windoos PC look like one of those Apple machines, but it's not worked very well.
It's a bit like looking at a photocopy of something, rather than the original.
