Find a proxy server in the UK to route your traffic through.

I'd probably use TOR for this.

Download the TOR/Vidalia bundle. Turnon privoxy and throw the proxy into your browsers connnection settings. Go to the network map within the TOR options and select some UK nodes.

Using any proxy is going to limit bandwidth though so whoever wants to use it better be patient.
